consulting and training for
Youth-Serving Professionals
Today’s teens are navigating a world most adults were never trained to handle
I offer practical training and strategic consulting to help youth-serving professionals show up with confidence, not just good intentions.
Professionals who show up for teens every day deserve better than a one-hour training they’ll forget by Friday
Most professional development simply checks a box. Sure, it may spark something in the room, but there’s also a good chance it never leads to lasting change.
Your team deserves better than that. So do the teens who rely on them.
That’s where I come in. I provide consulting and training for youth-serving professionals and organizations—covering all the topics that matter to teens, but built around how adults actually learn.
Training that sticks.
Consulting that makes an impact.
Here’s how I partner with organizations and professionals who work with teens.
Training
Engaging, evidence-based professional development for educators, social workers, therapists, counselors, coaches, healthcare providers, and youth workers. Topics include social media, adolescent development, sexual health, relationships, identity, and more—delivered in a way that actually sticks.
Consulting
Deeper organizational work for teams and leaders who want to go beyond the training room, and are looking for deep, hands-on involvement. From youth advisory services to program design, my consulting services are perfect for organizations who are ready to make real structural change.

Who you’re working with
I’m Kaleigh Cornelison, licensed social worker, trainer, and consultant with 15+ years of direct experience working with teens and the adults who serve them.
I’ve facilitated professional development for schools, nonprofits, and organizations across the country. I’ve trained teachers, social workers, therapists, counselors, coaches, healthcare providers, and youth workers on the topics that matter most in adolescent support work.
My approach comes from sitting with real teens, in real situations, learning over and over again what actually helps, and what doesn’t. I bring that into every room I work in.
I also know how to work with a room full of skeptical professionals, which is why I design every training to challenge, engage, and get people thinking differently, without them feeling lectured.
