in-person and virtual training for
Parents and Caregivers
Empowering parents to show up with confidence for their teens.
You know the feeling: you show up to a parenting workshop hoping for real guidance, only to sit through fear-based lectures or advice that sounds great but doesn't work with your actual teen. Looking for something different? I got you. My workshops for parents and caregivers are interactive, grounded in what actually works, and (gasp!) enjoyable. You won't just sit and listen - you'll connect with other parents, explore real scenarios, and walk away with strategies you can use right away. Parents and caregivers are vital to healthy adolescent development, yet rarely get the support and information they need for one of the most challenging (and rewarding) stages of parenting.
Be better prepared for the tough conversations.

Hi, I’m Kaleigh!
I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of experience supporting teens and the adults who care about them.
Through my engaging, practical workshops, I help parents better understand what their teens are going through and provide realistic strategies to support them, without the fear-mongering or out of touch advice that doesn't translate to real life.
I specialize in the areas that matter most during the teen years: identity formation, relationships, sexual health, and social media. But more than expertise in topics, I bring a both/and approach that honors both the challenges and joys of adolescence. I know that the teen years can be tricky but they are also incredibly rewarding!
You'll leave my workshops feeling more confident, more connected to your teen, and equipped with tools that actually work.
